Seth Braddock is the former Founder & CEO of Kilter, an inclusive activity-based fundraising engagement tool that was acquired by Blackbaud in August, 2022. Seth joined the Blackbaud team as a Sr. Manager, Product Management and will focus his energy on seamlessly integrating the Kilter capability into Blackbaud's existing portfolio of products like TeamRaiser, YourCause, and JustGiving to help give our customers here at Blackbaud the best possible version of activity-tracking capabilities they can have to drive greater inclusion, engage more of their communities and increase fundraising capacity.
