Susan Hill is the Assistant Director of Advancement Research at St. Olaf College, where she supervises a small team that provides comprehensive research and prospect management services to the Advancement Division. She partners with major gift officers, Annual Fund, Donor Relations, Alumni and Parent Relations, and divisional/college leadership to drive the College's fundraising and engagement goals and is project lead on BI, analytics, and data governance initiatives within the division. Susan is fully-remote, based out of Milwaukee, WI. In a previous life, she was an anthropologist of work (contemporary US and post-socialist Europe) and holds a PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
