Hannah Baker has been part of Blackbaud Europe since 2021, specialising in Enterprise CRM solutions for the not-for-profit sector. Her project portfolio includes work with the National Deaf Children's Society, The University of Birmingham, The Donkey Sanctuary, SSAFA and numerous Raiser's Edge NXT customers. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Hannah worked with the British Heart Foundation on Blackbaud CRM, gaining valuable insight into the sector’s complex needs and processes. Her experience and sector knowledge make her a trusted partner for organisations seeking to maximise their impact through technology.
