Bio
Katie Cagney has been a Consultant in the Professional Services team at Blackbaud Europe since 2021. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Katie had 16 years of Raiser's Edge experience, across the UK and also in the United States. She has worked across diverse settings; at educational organisations such as Durham University and California Community College District, and, within the arts and culture sector, in roles at the North East Museums Service and The National Gallery, London. She began her career as a fundraiser, with a passion for data-driven fundraising leading to a career transition to database management for charitable organisations, before coming to work for Blackbaud. Katie brings a customer-focused perspective and a deep understanding of the charity sector to every project she supports.
