Bio
Tom spent a decade working in the charity sector as a database manager before joining Blackbaud as a Raiser's Edge NXT Consultant, where he assisted customers across Europe and the Middle East. In 2019, he joined the JustGiving Software Engineering team (part of Blackbaud's Research, Delivery, and Operations department), and now works predominantly on the React front-end of the checkout. He is also a JustGiving Accessibility Champion.
Outside of work, Tom is a trainee lifeboat navigator and a Magistrate.
