Clare Livingston is the Interim Director of Advancement at the University of Aberdeen, where she leads the institution’s strategic engagement with alumni, donors, and partners to advance its mission and global impact. With a career spanning over 20 years in advancement and fundraising, Clare brings deep expertise in philanthropy, alumni relations, and strategic planning.
Prior to her current role, Clare served as Campaign Director at the University of Aberdeen and was previously a Consultant with Marts & Lundy, advising universities and non-profits across the UK, Europe, and the US on strategic fundraising, data and analytics, and campaign readiness.
Clare is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships that drive philanthropic support and alumni engagement. Her work is grounded in data-informed planning, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to delivering measurable impact.
