Tristan O'Dwyer is Director of Professional Services at Blackbaud Europe, where he leads the delivery of strategic service across the region. With over a decade at Blackbaud, Tristan has supported hundreds of customers in implementing and optimising solutions that drive fundraising, engagement, and operational success. His team partners with charities, universities, schools and other social good organisations to ensure technology is aligned with mission and impact.
Tristan brings deep sector knowledge and a collaborative approach to every engagement. He is passionate about helping organisations build capacity and resilience through tailored services, from implementation to ongoing advisory support.
Outside of Blackbaud, Tristan serves as a trustee of The Cheryl King Trust, a music education charity dedicated to removing financial barriers for young people in Surrey.
