Sharon has worked in the third sector for 2 decades, across most disciplines including telephone and acquisition programmes, individual giving, donor stewardship and specialising in legacy fundraising for the past nine years. Her experience spans charities of all sizes, from grassroots organisations to the UK’s top 10 income charities, supporting growth through insight, strategy, communications, creative, training and relationship building. She has also supported charities within Europe and Australia. 

Alongside her professional work, she actively volunteers within the sector, including with the CIOF National Convention for 19 years, the CIOF Legacy & In-Memory SIG committee, and the Scottish Legacy Forum. She is passionate about equality, diversity, and knowledge sharing and is committed to supporting fundraisers at every stage of their career.
