Julia Villiotis is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in fundraising data and systems. As the co-founder and director of Visualise Fundraising, Julia has reshaped data management and analytics in the nonprofit and Higher Education sectors.

Throughout her career, Julia has held roles such as Database Manager, Data Analyst, and front-line fundraiser, contributing to esteemed organisations like The Sydney Children’s Hospital Network, the National Heart Foundation, Variety, the Children’s Charity, and Western Sydney University.

Her expertise in end-to-end data management is complemented by strong interpersonal, leadership, and technical skills. With a background in Psychology, Julia leverages behavioural science to enhance fundraising analytics and employs a compassionate approach to change management.

In 2020, she co-founded Visualise Fundraising with Adrian Sellaro, creating a consultancy that offers holistic and efficient data and systems support. Under her leadership, the team has grown to five senior data consultants, empowering numerous organisations with their expertise. Julia's accessible approach and dedication continue to bridge the gap between data and meaningful change in the philanthropic world.
