Cancellation

To cancel your registration, send request in writing to events@blackbaud.com.au. Please include your name, your organisation name, your email, and your registration ID number.  Refunds can be provided within 90 days after initial transaction, but prior to October 30, 2025. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for all refunds.

Substitution Policy

To request a substitution, the original registrant must send request in writing to events@blackbaud.com.au. A Blackbaud staff member will then contact the original registrant for more information on the substitute attendee. Substitutions submitted prior to October 30, 2025 are free of charge but can only be processed between colleagues from the same organisation/school/company.

Use of Materials

Registration and participation in the conference and associated activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Blackbaud’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions or audiotapes of such.
