John Humphreys is the Senior Manager of Payments Product Management at Blackbaud. He is fanatical about delivering a simple, secure and optimised payment solution that allows social good organisations to drive growth and maximise their impact.
From volunteering in the US Peace Corps to serving as the President of the Board of a top-rated charter school in Colorado, John is passionate empowering social good and giving back to our local communities.
Prior to Blackbaud he spent 17 years at HomeAdvisor where he led the Product Management team.

Stacey Segal is Chief Operating Officer of BrightVine Solutions and brings more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, technology, and organizational transformation. At BrightVine, she leads company strategy, strategic partnerships, key customer relationships, and the development of new products and services for the nonprofit sector.
Before joining BrightVine, Stacey spent nearly a decade at Blackbaud, where she supported enterprise nonprofit organizations across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia. Her earlier career includes direct fundraising and development leadership with nonprofit and healthcare organizations, as well as roles with several NHL teams.
Stacey is currently leading BrightVine’s AI and digital transformation, focusing on how emerging technologies can improve operations, strengthen decision-making, and deliver practical value for nonprofit organizations. She has also completed executive education in digital strategy and AI through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of BrightVine, Stacey serves on nonprofit boards supporting wildlife and nature conservation and has a long history of volunteer leadership with mission-driven organizations. Her work reflects a career-long focus on helping organizations use strategy, technology, and innovation to strengthen their impact.
