Bec Gardiner is a Senior CRM Consultant who joined Blackbaud Pacific in 2023. With over nine years of experience in fundraising systems, project delivery and team leadership, Bec is passionate about empowering teams to harness the power of data and technology to deepen donor relationships and streamline operations.

Before joining Blackbaud, Bec led the CRM and Donor Services teams at the Australian Conservation Foundation, where she championed process improvements and strategic collaboration. She’s known for her practical approach to challenging scenarios, love of a good process, and aptitude for translating complex systems into everyday solutions.

Based in Melbourne, Bec has a deep love of animals and nature and when not at work enjoys spending time with her cats and exploring local trails with her partner.
