Genn has been a proud member of the Blackbaud Pacific team for almost ten years, wearing a variety of hats from Senior Consultant to Solutions Engineer and more recently Team Leader for Core Services. 

Genn has a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit world, having worked extensively with customers across the Asia-Pacific region; from Pakistan all the way to New Zealand where she is currently based.  Whilst her speciality lies in Higher Education, having been a Database Administrator for the University of Cambridge’s Major Gift Office, she is passionate about all things Raiser’s Edge NXT and is a self-professed “Data Geek”.

When she’s not on the clock, Genn is chasing her three boys (Jim, Bertie and Tommy) around the wilds of the North Island of New Zealand with her Griffon, Cujo, in tow, or looking wistfully at her Honda CBR wishing she didn’t have to be so responsible nowadays…
