Aparna Krishnan is the Advancement Services Manager at James Cook University, with a decade of experience in higher education and Advancement across the University of Wollongong and James Cook University. Her work spans advancement technology, data and CRM strategy, governance, reporting and emerging technologies, with a particular interest in how AI can be adopted responsibly and practically within Advancement. Aparna is currently leading JCU Advancement’s work in AI governance and supporting the University’s exploration of Blackbaud’s Development Agent.
