Luke Ball is the Senior Individual Giving advisor at New Zealand Red Cross. Originally from the UK, he developed an interest in data while working with the NHS before making the move to New Zealand 3 years ago.

Since then, he’s worked across fundraising analytics and individual giving, helping fundraising teams use data to better understand supporters and make smarter decisions. Luke enjoys solving problems, using insights and uncovering opportunities and tools to improve fundraising results.
