Julia Villiotis is the founder and director of Visualise Reporting and Visualise Fundraising. She helps nonprofits and universities see what's really happening in their fundraising, and act on it while there's still time to change the outcome. Visualise Reporting gives organisations live, sector-specific dashboards built for Raiser's Edge NXT, and Visualise Fundraising helps them get their data and systems working as hard as their teams do.

Julia has spent two decades in the non-profit sector as a data analyst and systems specialist, working for and alongside some of Australia's leading charities and universities. She brings an unusual lens to the work: a background in psychology, with specialist expertise in behavioural statistics and analytics. That shapes how she reads data- looking at what supporters did, why they did it, and what they're likely to do next.
