Bio
Alannah Dixon is a fundraising professional specialising in mid-value donor engagement and relationship development. As a Donor Relationship Executive at the Australian Conservation Foundation, she manages a program of around 1,400 mid-value donors and leads Force for Nature, ACF's flagship pledge program funding its environmental investigations. Her fundraising journey began in regular giving, followed by close to five years specialising in Gifts in Wills, before she pivoted to mid-value fundraising in 2023. That path has given her a strong grounding in donor acquisition, long-term donor relationships, and planned giving strategy.
She brings a strong interest in data-driven donor strategy, using propensity scoring and RFM-based segmentation to shape stewardship approaches. Alannah has shaped and delivered mid-value and bequest programs across leading Australian not-for-profits, including ACF, CARE Australia, and Bush Heritage. She is passionate about creating donor experiences that are highly personal, scalable, and centred on long-term relationships.
