Applying a DE&I Lens to Corporate Grantmaking
While corporate grant programs are primarily targeted at the underserved, we often fail to acknowledge the systemic inequalities inherent to how we select and fund grantees. This session will explore how corporate giving professionals can leverage and align to their company’s DE&I commitments and intentionally build equity and inclusion into their grantmaking programs by explicitly and measurably supporting diverse populations, eliminating common barriers within the grantmaking process, and championing equity within focus areas.
