With the increase in new officer roles in leadership and mid-level giving, many of which hold portfolio assignments, best practices in major giving portfolio management may not necessarily align with the responsibilities and expectations of these officers. In this session, we’ll define and explore how these new roles can help build a sustainable pipeline. We will also look at initial metrics and data from over 150+ higher education institutions to discover trends that could inform best practices in portfolio management for these new officer roles.
