Founded in Australia in 1880, The Salvation Army (TSA) operated as two major territories until a nationalisation project in 2018 created one Australian territory. A pivotal aspect of the nationalisation project was the realisation of a single CRM. This would become the most significant project to be delivered by the fundraising team and a milestone for The Salvation Army.
