Carol joined Blackbaud in 2008, following the acquisition of Kintera. She brings over 26 years of experience in predictive modeling, wealth screening and prospect research services. Early in her career she managed the operations of analytics services for Bentz Whaley Flessner, then served as vice president of business advancement at Marts & Lundy ES Solutions/Kamtech and most recently as a senior account executive at Blackbaud. Carol was part of the initial Marts & Lundy ES Solutions and P!N Electronic Screening product development teams and also managed these services and staff at Marts & Lundy/Kamtech. As a senior account executive at Blackbaud, she specialized in P!N Electronic Screening services, transitioning P!N clients to Blackbaud Target Analytics platforms. As an analytics consultant, she works with high touch modeling and wealth screening clients to help them interpret and implement project results, assisting with both writing strategic implementation plans and consulting with their ResearchPoint™ software subscriptions. She has served thousands of clients with various analytics services at five different companies and enjoys speaking at various conferences as well as writing blogs, articles, and papers. Carol holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and completed graduate studies in marketing communications at the University of St. Thomas.
