Shelley began her fundraising career in annual giving and foundation & corporate relations for K-12 schools and higher education. She was also a driving force behind the implementation into and the development of a prospect management system in Raiser’s Edge. In 2015, Shelley’s passion for pairing technology with best practices brought her to Blackbaud where she could help non-profits across the world increase their impact. As a Blackbaud University instructor, she educated users on RENXT, eTapestry, K-12 Solutions, and Organization Best Practices, plus she served as the RENXT Delivery Lead. In 2019, Shelley transitioned into the role of a Strategic Consultant to support organizations to increase their fundraising efficiency using data-driven research and analytics. She is a member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and serves on the Alummae Board for her alma mater. In her spare time, she enjoys binge-watching TV shows and quilting.
