One of the goals of building out our Blackbaud CRM environment (CITRUS) has been to make it easy for end users to access tools and reports they need in a self-serve, on-demand way. Over these past few years, we have made great gains in doing so. Implementation of a centralized area to access common tools, integration of complementary systems, and our continued commitment to training and support have allowed us to continue to see successes in our installation that empower our users.
