PIM Copilot is a generative AI–enabled approach to improving how advancement organizations review, enrich, and act on contact reports at scale. Developed in close partnership with Prospect Information Managers, the solution integrates with Blackbaud CRM to assist PIMs by automatically summarizing contact reports, identifying key themes and follow‑up actions, and providing feedback to improve report quality—while maintaining a human‑in‑the‑loop review and approval process.

The result is faster processing, more consistent and actionable data, and clearer feedback loops between PIMs and frontline fundraisers.
