On 2 November, we’re offering optional pre-conference workshops designed for hands-on, advanced learning.

These small-group sessions give you the opportunity to go deeper on key topics like Power BI and Power Automate—building practical skills you can apply right away.

These sessions are limited to a capacity of 40 people each. 

Yes. Workshops are an optional add-on to your conference pass and require an additional fee. To attend, you’ll need to select the Conference + Workshop pass type during registration. Pricing for workshops is listed on the pricing page.

Workshops take place on November 2 and are designed as hands-on, small-group sessions for deeper, more advanced learning.

Yes. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your workshop registration to a colleague. Contact conference@blackbaud.com for support.

Cancellations made on or before October 15, 2026, will receive a full refund. Requests made after October 15, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to registration policies here.

Yes—group registration is available. During the registration process, simply select “I’d like to register a group.”

To complete registration, you’ll need contact information for each attendee.

If you’re registering five or more attendees, you’ll receive 10% off each conference pass. Once you add your fifth registrant, a discount code will appear. Enter this code at checkout for each attendee to apply the savings.

No, we do not currently offer scholarships for this event at this time. 

It is extremely important to us that all of our conference attendees have a wonderful experience at bbcon. If you require special assistance or have dietary needs, please include them in appropriate section within your registration form. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
