Building on the Day 1 conversation about Unified View, AI and the future of fundraising operations, this session focuses on the practical realities of making the transition successfully.
Raiser's Edge is going through the biggest change in its history, and this is the room where we work through what that means for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  •  A deep dive into the roadmap shared on Day 1: What’s shipping and when, what’s changing and what’s being retired so you have a clear understanding of what the next 3, 6 and 12 months looks like for you.
  • We’ll share practical tips and tricks of how to get the most out of Raiser’s Edge NXT: features you’d forgotten, ones you haven’t had chance to play with, or that you didn’t even know existed (including demos where appropriate).
  • Learning how to extend your Raiser’s Edge NXT solution with partner offerings that take it to the next level, whether that’s advanced reporting, communications or donor experience opportunities.
  • Insights into the transition itself: what the move away from Database View to Unified View actually involves, including what organisations are doing now to prepare, including data quality, processes, reporting and user readiness, and the support available to you along the way.

Real Customer Experiences: The most valuable part of the day is your peers. You'll hear from organisations who’re proactively taking strides in the right direction, understanding:

  • where they started and why.
  • how they supported users in adopting a whole new way of working.
  • what blockers and challenges they faced, and how they overcame it.
  • What turned out to be easier than expected and where they turned for help.
  • Peer Q&A, Table Discussions and plenty of networking opportunities.

Bring your questions — the roadmap team, consultants and your CSM will all be in the room, and we want to hear from you.

YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH THREE THINGS

  • A clear understanding of what the next three, six and twelve months looks like for Raiser’s Edge NXT
  • A ‘Transition Toolkit”: a set of tools and resources to help you plan, navigate and execute your transition to Unified View successfully
  • A stronger network of peers and experts who can help you navigate your Raiser’s Edge NXT journey long after bbcon.

Building on the Day 1 conversations around data health, connected fundraising operations, supporter journeys and fundraising growth, this workshop focuses on how organisations are using Blackbaud CRM to strengthen performance, improve efficiency and create better supporter experiences.

We will explore what’s new, what’s coming next, and how organisations across the sector are using CRM, data and automation to enhance their processes.

From data health and system integration through to supporter journeys, reporting, automation and AI, you’ll hear directly from the customers, product specialists and partners about what’s working right now and where the biggest opportunities for innovation and growth exist.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • A look at the local Blackbaud Pacific product roadmap, including upcoming functionality such as BBMS Direct Debit, Chart Widgets and more.
  • Customer driven discussions on data quality, governance and best practice, including practical examples of how organisations are building stronger foundations for reporting, fundraising and future innovation.
  • A deeper dive into data health, connected CRM and modern data practices and strategies for creating a more connected fundraising ecosystem.
  • Peer discussion, networking and practical knowledge sharing throughout the day.
  • Bring your questions - Your consultants, customer success and partners will all be in the room, and the most valuable conversations often come from your peers.

YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH THREE THINGS

  • A clearer understanding of the Blackbaud Pacific CRM enhancements and the innovations becoming available over the next 12 months.
  • Practical ideas for improving data quality, supporter experiences, fundraising operations and reporting within your own organisation.
  • A stronger network with your peers across the industry, partners and Blackbaud experts who can support your organisation long after BBCON.
