Cancellations made on or before October 15, 2025, will receive a full refund. Requests made after October 15, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to registration policies here.

No, we do not currently offer scholarships for this event at this time. 

It is extremely important to us that all of our conference attendees have a wonderful experience at bbcon. If you require special assistance or have dietary needs, please include them in appropriate section within your registration form. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us.
