These interactive forums are designed to bring together users of Blackbaud CRM™ and Raiser’s Edge NXT®, as well as Higher Education professionals for a day of learning, sharing, and collaboration. Led by our Blackbaud Professional Services team and Product Managers from the US, these groups offer a unique opportunity to engage with peers, exchange insights, and explore how to get the most from your Blackbaud solutions.

This session is designed as a collaborative space for users of Raiser’s Edge to share their experiences, challenges, and creative solutions. Rather than a Q&A directed solely at a Blackbaud consultant, this is a peer-to-peer conversation where the consultant acts as a facilitator and resource—not the only expert in the room.
We’ll kick off with a few light prompts to get the conversation flowing, then open the floor for attendees to share. The goal is to spark dialogue, surface shared challenges, and build community knowledge. Whether you’re a seasoned RE NXT user or just getting started, your voice is welcome.
